UITV is a service provided to you by UiTV inc. (“UiTV”, "we," or "us"). We know that you care how information about you is used and shared. This Privacy Policy explains what information of yours will be collected by us when you use UITV service, the UITV Application (“Application”), the website for UITV (www.uitv.us) (“Website”), UITV Box (“Device”) and related services (collectively, the “Service”), and how that information will be used. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
When you use the Service via the web, we may send one or more cookies - a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters - to your device that uniquely identifies your browser and lets us help you log in faster and enhance your navigation through the site.

• Connection type.
• We may use the information, including Device Location, collected using the UITV Box to:
o Deliver and improve the Service; or
o Tailor your experience, including things like making recommendations; or
o Conduct analytics; or
o Prevent fraud; or
o Recommend and market products and services that may be of interest to you, including products and services which may be offered by third parties; or
o Produce data, reports and statistics which shall be anonymized or aggregated in a way that does not identify who you are; and/or
o Undertake any other action required or permitted by any law, regulation, notification and/or regulatory authorities.
• Without Your Device Location Information, we may not be able to provide access to certain services and features like regional sports programming, local weather, local programming, live local channels, or other content with geographic restrictions. If you disable location tracking on your device, you acknowledge and agree that the Application/Website may determine your location, such as using your public IP address, to determine your general location for purposes of delivering services, such as the channel guide.
• We may combine and use data, including Your Device Location Information collected from the UITV Box and Application/Website, with other data as described in this Policy.
• No, we will not share the information to any third party.
• This Policy does not apply if you access content in a third-party app from the Device. We will not see what content you watched from third-party apps. In this case, the privacy policy of the third-party app may apply.
• We work hard to protect your information and have established electronic and administrative safeguards designed to help make the information we collect secure.
• In the event of a security incident, we will provide you with notice in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
We will keep your personally identifiable information in connection with your use of the Software and Device as long as you are a User of the Service or until it is no longer needed for business, tax or legal purposes.
• You are in control. You have choices and controls over how your data is collected, used, and shared when you use the Application:
o Collection of Information: You can stop the collection of information through the Software or Device by stopping the use of the Software or Device.
o Sharing of Information: You may limit the Device from sharing information associated with your Android advertising ID through your Device settings.
• Information about our Customers, including personally identifiable information, may be shared and/or transferred as part of any merger, acquisition, sale of company assets or transition of service to another provider. This also applies in the unlikely event of an insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership in which Customer’s records would be transferred to another entity as a result of such a proceeding.
• We may update this Policy as necessary to reflect changes we make and to satisfy legal requirements. The most recent version of the Policy will always be made available through the Software and Device. If we make material changes to this Policy, we will notify you to obtain your consent.
If you maintain a password-protected account with us, in most cases you may submit an access or deletion request by authenticating yourself with a password like you would when you access your account. You will have to authenticate yourself again to access your data or submit your deletion request.
We are committed to providing you control over your personal information. If you exercise any of your rights explained in this Privacy Policy, we will not disadvantage you. You will not be denied or charged different prices or rates for goods or services or provided a different level or quality of goods or services.
